Minneapolis, MN, home of the Minnesota Wild, Minnesota Twins, as well as over 200 Twin City Fan Companies employees. Our corporate headquarters, which is located in the Minneapolis suburb of Plymouth, is where many of our shared services are located, including Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Materials, Accounting, Human Resources and numerous administration functions. Along with our corporate office building, Plymouth is also home to our R&D facility which is known for its state-of-the-art testing capabilities. Our testing capabilities are so robust that other organizations often pay to utilize our facilities to test their products. Our products are sold world-wide and are used in many industrial and commercial applications serving customers such as Facebook, Lucas Oil Stadium, World Trade Center and many more!

Brookings, SD

Brookings is the flagship manufacturing facility for Twin City Fan Companies. This facility, which is ISO 9001 certified, focuses on the heavy-duty welding operations working on our larger products involving more customization. The city of Brookings is a safe, inclusive, vibrant, growing community with many amenities you would find in a much larger city, but with a small town feel, consistently ranked as a top place to live. AberdeenSD

The Aberdeen facility, which is ISO 9001 certified, specializes in manufacturing our axial product lines and employs a combination of heavy-duty customized construction and high tech automated processes and equipment. We employ over 200 individuals, including welders, machine operators, assemblers, engineers and numerous other positions. Our products are utilized in some well-known area of applications such as the winter Olympics, car washes and sports stadiums. Aberdeen is the regional Hub of Northeastern South Dakota and home to the Aberdeen Wings, Hub City Hotshots and Storybook Land. Only a stone’s throw from North Dakota, Aberdeen has vast cultural and historical preservation and diversity.

Mitchell, SD

Twin City Fan Companies opened the Mitchell production plant in 1988 and it now employs over 200 people. The plant, which is ISO 9001 certified, has several pieces of automated equipment such as CNC Machining Centers, CNC Turning Lathe, CNC Laser Tables, a Powder Coat System with automated wash and paint, and Robotic Welders, including the only Robotic Wheel Balance in the company. With positions such as machinists, operators and programmers, Mitchell is ripe with career opportunities for potential job seekers. Mitchell is home to the “World’s Only Corn Palace.” The Corn Palace is decorated with several colors of dried corn and grains, creating murals. The theme of the external murals is changed yearly at fall harvest; internal murals are changed approximately every ten years. Mitchell is also the home of the Dakota Discovery Museum, whose mission is to present and preserve the history of the prairie and the people who settled it.

Elkton, SD

Elkton utilizes modern manufacturing and assembly techniques to supply fans not only to the US, but to our overseas customers as well. The facility, which is ISO 9001 certified, leads the charge for the commercial side of our business. Elkton is a progressive city with the quiet and peace of a small town. Elkton is a wonderful place to call “home” and we have a lot to offer! The City of Elkton is located just 20 minutes east of Brookings. We have a volunteer fire department and ambulance, contract law enforcement, churches, civic organizations, a strong academic and athletic school, a school/community library, a museum, park and playgrounds, locally owned bank, grocery store and locker, convenience store, restaurant and other businesses to fulfill your needs.

Pulaski, TN

Clarage is the heavy-duty division of Twin City Fan Companies Ltd. that specializes in designing and engineering custom, built-to-specification, industrial and centrifugal fans, dust collectors, heavy-duty variable and fixed pitch axial fans. Established in 1874, Clarage has earned a long-standing reputation for delivering products for the most demanding industries including API/petroleum, tunnel ventilation, mining, pulp and paper, and power generation. The Clarage facility in Pulaski, TN is ISO 9001 certified.

As a major player in the heavy-duty custom fan business, Clarage is one of the few companies in the fan industry that has the ability to execute extremely complex projects from start to finish. In addition to these capabilities, Clarage also specializes in the aftermarket business and can provide complete turnkey services for retrofitting existing systems—from demolition to completely rebuilding and testing fans.

Davenport, IA

(Foundry)

TC Holland is a castings foundry owned by Twin City Fan Companies that specializes in sand cast, no bake and permanent mold (both tip pour and static pour) aluminum castings for a number of ANSI registered alloys. TC Holland’s casting capabilities range from a few ounces to more than 200 lb. and also include a wide range of prototyping, machining, heat treating and surface finishes. With the ability to cast its own propellers and components, TC Holland has given the organization the capability to be more vertically integrated, which is a cornerstone of the TCFC business model. Our vertical integration allows us to control our costs, quality and delivery to ensure quick product turnaround.
